30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
- Yuji Lighting provides a 30-day return & exchange policy for all our orders. You could return any product you purchase to us for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your product.
- To return your package, please contact us first and place the products security in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to our Beijing warehouse. Please note, all returned products must not have been used, installed or modified in any way. They must be in their original cartons and shipped with sufficient packaging material to ensure they are resalable. All manuals and ancillary items must be in saleable condition. We are not responsible for products returned without contacting us in advance.

- You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the second time shipping (if applicable).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you and let you know the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- Please allow 5 - 10 business days for a refund or an exchange to be fully processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For exchanges, we will contact you if there is a price difference between the new and the replacing product. If the replacing product has a higher price, you will need to make an additional payment; if it has a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returning Defective Product Under Warranty
- Yuji Lighting accepts return of defective items under warranty (see our warranty policy here).
- Please contact us first and briefly describe the issue in the email.
- If necessary, Yuji Lighting will ask you to return the product after communication and analysis.
- Yuji Lighting will provide a return address. The address may vary by product. We are not responsible for products returned without contacting us in advance.
- If the product is deemed defective under warranty, Yuji Lighting will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- If the product is deemed defective under warranty and a replacement is necessary, Yuji Lighting will be responsible for the shipping charges for the replacing product as well.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
- All packaging and items are carefully inspected by Yuji Lighting prior to shipment. If your product is damaged during shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please contact Yuji Lighting within 3 calendar days of receiving. Yuji Lighting is not responsible for damage claims or shortages after 3 calendar days of receipt.
- The return will be handled in the same process as defective items under warranty.
